Arrange Bail Beforehand
Visit our office to complete the necessary paperwork and arrange bail before your self-arrest. This is crucial—you must have bail ready to post when using the Self-Arrest Program.
We'll prepare everything in advance so your release can be processed immediately after self-arrest.
Self-Arrest & Release
On your scheduled date, we'll escort you to the self-arrest facility (just 150 feet from our office). You'll be processed, fingerprinted, and photographed.
With bail already arranged, you'll be released immediately—typically within 20-120 minutes—without ever entering the main jail.

Hours & Timing
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Not available on holidays
- Processing time: 20-120 minutes
- Self-arrests outside these hours must go to jail
Dress Code & Process

- No hats or headgear allowed
- You will be fingerprinted and photographed
- Bring minimal personal items
